Satisfaction is guaranteed on all O-tusTM products. We want you to be happy, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within the 30-day* trial period for a full refund.
Exchanging a product
If you are experiencing any issues with the use or enjoyment of a product purchased on O-tus.com, we can help resolve them.

Returning a product
If you purchased a product on O-tus.com and feel that it just isn't right for you:
- Click the "Shop On-Line" tab. Next click the "My Account" tab. Login, and click "Completed Orders." Then choose, "Return Items." Fill out the form.
- Pack the product in its original padded envelop.
- If you would like to track the product use UPS or similar, tracking is not Required by O-tus.

- When we receive your return, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed. Make sure to check you statement and correct us if the refund does not show up.
- Be sure to include your return address and a contact phone number to enable us to ask for needed information.
